The Tesonway Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all cigar accessories (including humidors, lighters, ashtrays, and boxed accessories) for 1 year from the original purchase date.
This warranty extends to separately purchased accessories such as replacement cedar trays, humidifier cartridges, and maintenance tools.
Your statutory rights under consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
Out-of-Warranty Service
Damage from improper use (e.g., over-humidification, physical impacts) or unauthorized modifications voids coverage
Non-covered repairs will be quoted with pre-approval
Unrepairable items may be replaced at 50% MSRP
Guarantee
We guarantee all repairs/replacements for 90 days or the remainder of your original warranty period, whichever is longer. Service may include:
New or refurbished components matching original specifications
Reconditioned units tested to meet 72-hour humidity stability standards
